Footpath improvements for Kells
Local DUP MLA Paul Frew has secured footway improvements at Kells’ Greenfield Road following a meeting in the village involving residents and Transport NI representatives.
The roads body has agreed to undertake a number of improvements including the dropping of a number of kerbs at strategic points along the Greenfield Road and installing more efficient and modern lighting.
Mr Frew said: “I am very pleased that we are making a move towards a safer community. I would like to thank Transport NI for their pro-active approach in Kells & Connor.”
