Footpaths revamp at Knockeen Road
Braid Councillor Paul Frew has secured a commitment from Roads Service that Knockeen Road footpaths will be resurfaced next year.
Mr Frew stated: “I have been in constant contact with Roads service on this issue over the last few months as many residents have contacted me to complain about the state of the footways.
“It is particularly a problem for older residents who find it difficult to walk on the uneven or crumbling surface especially as the dark nights approach.”
