Former car sales outlet to become apartment block
PLANS are afoot to demolish a car sales outlet and build a new apartment block on the Strand Road in Londonderry.
Planners have received an application to demolish existing buildings at the Desmond Motors premises at 173 Strand Road at the corner of the thoroughfare and the Duncreggan Road.
The proposals are for remediation of the site and the erection of an apartment development with in curtilage car parking.
