Forum gears up for Jazz festival

THE countdown is on for one of Ireland's largest and most popular cultural events, The City Of Derry Jazz & Big Band Festival, which takes place in numerous venues across the city during the May Bank Holiday Weekend.

The North West's premier venue, the Millennium Forum, will host two of the festival's headline acts, both of which are already proving popular with local music lovers.

Dublin singer-songwriter and Meteor Award winner, Cathey Davey, takes to the Forum's stage on Thursday 29th April.
