Forward thinking on festive season
AUTUMN may barely have arrived, but Carrickfergus Borough Council has already confirmed the dates for the switch-on of Christmas lights.
Illuminations in Carrickfergus will light up on November 19, with those in Greenisland and Whitehead following on November 25 and 27 respectively.
