Four arrested after stolen car crashes
THREE males aged in their 20s with Belfast addresses were arrested at Leyland Road, Ballycastle, on Monday on suspicion of theft; taking and driving away and handling stolen goods.
One was also spoken to by police in relation to driving with excess alcohol and dangerous driving following an incident when a vehicle, which was reported stolen in the Lurgan area, collided with a parked car.
The occupants got out and ran up North Street to Leyland Road where they were apprehended by police.
A 34-year-old man with a Ballycastle address was later arrested in connection with the incident.
