Four burglaries at weekend

Three houses and a church building were burgled in Portadown over the weekend, police have said.

Some time between 1.30pm and 5.40pm on Saturday, a house was broken into in Kernan Gardens and money and jewellery were taken.

Just after 6.50pm, it was reported that a house in The Manor area had been burgled. At this time it is not known if anything was taken.

Sometime between 5.30pm and 7.15pm, a burglary occurred at a house in Fitzgerald Park, during which money and cash cards were stolen.

And a set of vehicle keys was taken from a church building, also in the Rectory area, between the evening of Saturday and the morning of Sunday.
