Four charged over attempted burglary

Four people have been charged with an attempted aggravated burglary and possession of a firearm following an incident in Lisburn last week,

The charges relate to an attempted aggravated burglary in the Hertford Crescent area of Lisburn on Friday evening (April 8)

A 25-year-old man and a 23-year-old-man, alongside a 26-year-old woman have been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence, handling stolen goods, criminal damage and attempted aggravated burglary.

A fourth man, aged 25, has been charged with possession of a class C controlled drug, possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence, handling stolen goods, criminal damage and attempted aggravated burglary.

All four are due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates Court this week.
