Four landlords rapped for ruinous buildings
THE owners of four "ruinous and dilapidated" Londonderry properties were served with formal notices under public health legislation last month.
Landlords of properties in Clooney Road, Argyle Street, Hawthorn Terrace and Northland Terrace were all served with notices under the Pollution Control and Local Government (NI) Order 1978.
Meanwhile, one fixed penalty notice was served for the Offence of Smoking in a Smoke-Free Place during the month.
