Four taken to hospital

POLICE are appealing for information about a road traffic collision on the main road between Armoy and Ballycastle.

Shortly after 7.30pm on Monday it was reported that a van and a car had been in collision.

Four people were taken to hospital. One of the four, a woman, is understood to have sustained injuries which were serious but not life-threatening, police said.

The road was closed on Monday night but has since been reopened.
