Free planning advice for people in Ballymoney

On Thursday, 3 October, Community Places will be at Ballymoney Town Hall, 1 Townhead Street, Ballymoney between 1pm and 4pm to provide independent advice on all kinds of planning issues in towns, rural areas and villages.

Issues will include PPS 21, wind farm applications, planning enforcement and home extensions. This is one of a series of free planning advice days and will include information by Community Places on changes in the planning system including how the PPS 21 policy has been interpreted in recent planning decisions.

Advice will be given by one of our fully qualified planners on everything from how to submit a planning application for a house on a farm to objecting to planning developments and applications that have already been submitted. They can also explain the proposed changes to the planning system and how planning deals with development that is built without planning permission.

Community Places is an independent charity which provides free planning advice to people and communities who cannot afford private consultants. For more information contact us on 9023 9444.
