Inspector Daniel Walsh said: “I am especially appealing to two witnesses who were at the scene of the collision.
“One is believed to be a man who attended the cyclist and the other was a woman who made the 999 call to the emergency services. These two witnesses, or anyone who witnessed the collision, is asked to contact Dungannon Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.”
