From blacksmith to tractor maker
What American blacksmith became a manufacturer of tractors? Who now has cornered 40% of tractor sales in the UK market using the advertising slogan “nothing runs like a Deere”? The answer, of course, is John Deere.
On Tuesday 15 October in Dervock Reformed Presbyterian Church Hall at 8pm, George Conn will give a presentation on John Deere from an historical, engineering and Christian perspective.
