Fun for all the family at Abbey Presbyterian

ABBEY Presbyterian Church in Monkstown is preparing for a free Family Fun Day which is set to take place on Saturday, August 14 from 12pm to 3pm.

Activities on the day will be geared towards the whole family and include face painting, a fancy dress competition, climbing wall, mobile farm, crafts, a tea dance and barbecue, to name but a few activities.

This promises to be a great community event and all are welcome to attend.

“It’s for families and folks on their own, for young and old - for everyone,” said minister Rev. John Seawright.

“We hope it will be a chance to meet friends and make new ones, to watch or to join in the craic, to wander about and see what’s going on or to just sit and have a cup of tea.

“It’s all on the house and it’s for the community. We hope it will be a great day."
