Funeral arrangements for former Irish League star

Tony Scappaticci will be laid to rest on Friday morning.

The wake for the former Glenavon FC defender is taking place tonight (Wednesday, May 4) from 6pm.

His funeral will leave from his sister’s home at 41 Granville Gardens, Banbridge, for 10am requiem mass in the Church of St Therese on Friday.

Mr Scappaticci died suddenly on Monday.
