Funeral today for Cookstown’s ‘gentle giant’ Glenn Allen

His remains will be interred afterwards at Lissan Parish Churchyard.

Glenn’s body was found on the Dunluce Road in Portrush by a member of the public on Sunday morning.

The police investigation into his death is ongoing, but the PSNI has said it is not being treated as ‘suspicious’.

Glenn leaves behind his children Philip and Nicole and his “dearly loved fiancé” Olivia.

Son of Tom and Vera, he is also mourned by his sisters; Clairine, Iris and Lorna.

His uncle David, Olive, Trevor, Christina, William and his wider family circle have also shared their sadness.
