GAA family unites in prayer for Ballinderry star Aaron Devlin

Hundreds of messages of support and prayers have continued to flood in for Ballinderry GAA star Aaron Devlin who is seriously ill in hospital.

GAA clubs from across the country have used the power of social media to unite in prayer the talented footballer who is believed to have a brain virus.

Former Mayo footballer Colin Mortimer said the whole country was praying for him.

Other messages have been posted from Dublin, and from multiple All-Ireland club winners Crossmaglen Rangers.

Ballinderry called on all members to pray for his family at ‘this awful time’.

It is understood that Aaron had played for his club earlier in the week in a challenge match and had reported feeling unwell.
