Gallery: Bellaghy Regeneration hold first Halloween event

Bellaghy Village Regeneration (BVR) held their first ever Halloween event last weekend.

About 150 children attended, not to mention parents, grand-parents, and other family members.

The children were invited to make various Halloween crafts throughout the evening, which they could then take home with them. They were also asked to partake in some stop-motion animation, indulging some local digital photography skills and some plasticine models.

Finally, two local witches were on hand to cook up some potions in their cauldron, while the children assisted them in their spell-making.

Event organiser, Oisin Scullion thanked those who helped out, and also thanked Magherafelt District Council for their assistance in putting the night together.
