The charity has special pre-printed Christmas cards which your child can colour in and give to their teacher to let them know that you have made this kind donation. All gifts are appreciated and we do not disclose the donation amount.

Your support could make an immense difference to local life limited children and young people. For example, a big box of chocolates could instead fund a session in our multi-sensory room. Alternatively a £30 toiletries gift could fund an hour of specialist nursing care.

Established in 1996, Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice is the only dedicated palliative care service in the province and the only organisation that can offer high level support to life limited children with very complex needs who require 24 hour specialist care.

Every year, NI Children’s Hospice cares for over 300 life-limited children and young people and their families living in NI who need care that only the Children’s Hospice can provide.

Receiving the diagnosis that your child is life-limited can be devastating news for families. Emotionally and practically their lives are turned upside down as their child’s illness progresses.

Each year it costs £3m to run this regional service. Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice relies heavily on the public to raise £2.5m through donations and fundraising events. Every pound that is donated, or raised, makes a real difference to local kids and their families.
