Evan Cheverie said he believes that Tesco and the Giants are definitely on the right track with this initiative.

“An active lifestyle is so important for kids these days,” said Cheverie.

“Tesco have made this programme possible with their generous support and this season we hope to visit over 40 schools as part of the Get Fit Initiative.”

The programme was developed by the Giants to help combat child obesity and increase children’s interest in sport and exercise.
