“We are very proud that she has been recognised as one of the very best retail employees in the UK. Being selected as a winner is a fantastic achievement.”

Bob added: “The Giant’s Causeway welcomes more than 780,000 visitors from around the world and it is our aim to give them a world class experience. Mandy has played a huge part in ensuring that the Giant’s Causeway shop is the number one performing shop across the National Trust.”

All retail finalists were decided as a result of an industrywide poll of gift suppliers, reps and agents, and validation by a panel of experts.
