Giant's Causeway unafforadble - reader

SIR, I was upset to say the least when on an afternoon (last Tuesday) I decided to pay one of my frequent 'Out of season' visits to the Giant's Causeway, as I found when I got there that the concessionary parking for those of us who are registered disabled had been withdrawn, presumably when the National Trust bought the remainder of the site from Moyle District Council.

The Council had always ensured that the disabled could park there free of charge but not so the National Trust.

Sadly this will mean I can no longer afford to visit one of our most beautiful and iconic areas, neither will I be able to spend any money in their shops etc as 6 just to park my car is way beyond my means!

Yours etc., Anne Lambert, Dunloy
