Girl (7) struck by car in Magherafelt: appeal

Police in Magherafelt are seeking witnesses to a hit and run collision in which a seven year old girl was struck by a car this morning.

Police are appealing for witnesses to accident

The incident took place in Tesco car park on Ballyronan Road around 11.45am and involved a dark coloured car.

The child did not sustain any serious injuries.

We believe a number of people were in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or could have information that could help us identify the car involved.
