The picturesque village of Glenarm will play host to this year's Braid Twelfth, traditionally one of the smaller parades.

A total of 11 lodges – representing upwards of 400 Orangemen – will be accompanied by eight bands and a number of Lambeg drums in Glenarm which last hosted a Twelfth parade in 2012.

Host lodge, Carnalbana True Blues LOL 595, will have the honour of leading the procession through the coastal venue.

The main parade, commencing at 12noon, will proceed through the village from the assembly point on the Coast Road via Mark Street, The Vennel, Coast Road and Ballymena Road to the field at Straitkeilly Road.

The demonstration field will certainly provide one of the best views in the Province as the west coast of Scotland is visible, across the North Channel, from its vantage point on a clear day.

The guest speaker on the platform will be North Antrim MLA and TUV leader, Jim Allister. The religious address will be provided by Raymond Adams.
