Good Relations Grant Aid Programme - applications invited

Community groups across Moyle are being invited to apply for funding through Moyle District Council’s Good Relations Grant Aid Programme.

The Good Relations Programme is aimed at increasing opportunities for contact between people from different religions, political and ethnic traditions, in order to develop relationships of trust and understanding and the confidence to address issues of difference between them.

The grants are available to support community activity, which endeavours to develop and support ‘good relations’ between the citizens of Moyle. Applications are welcome from all sections of the community, in line with the Councils Equality Policy. Examples of groups who can apply include community development groups, cultural organisations, minority ethnic groups, projects for young adults, youth groups, schools, woman’s groups and church and other faith based groups.
