Gospel concert from father of modern worship music

The well-known Christian songwriter and worship leader, will be performing in Christ Church (Church of Ireland) in Strabane at 7.30pm on March 22.

Kendrick’s visit to the north west is quite a coup for Christ Church Strabane. He has written some of the world’s best-known worship songs including Shine Jesus Shine, Knowing You, The Servant King and Amazing Love. He has also performed on BBC Songs of Praise and his songs are sung regularly in churches throughout Northern Ireland and are popular favourites.

The Strabane event has been organised by Christ Church (Church of Ireland) Strabane. The whole community is warmly welcome.

Rev Mark Lennox, Proest-in-charge, said: “Graham Kendrick and his songs will be known and sung by people from right across our community. We are delighted to open our doors to welcome everyone who enjoys world class Christian music”.

Graham Kendrick is based in England and travels internationally participating in tours, festivals, conferences and training events, as a worship leader, speaker and performer.
