Granny and grandson knocked down in mobility scooter hit-and-run
A granny and her grandson were knocked over in a mobility scooter hit-and-run in Londonderry last Thursday, March 3.
The incident happened at William Street at about 11.30am.
A woman and her grandson, who was in a pushchair, were knocked over by an unknown female on a mobility scooter while standing on a footpath.
Constable Ballantine, the investigating officer, is keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened and in particular a woman who stayed with the injured party until she had recovered enough to leave.
