Grant and Flynn set for Iveagh date

THE Iveagh Theatre, Banbridge hosts another great night of country music on Wednesday February 24 with Scotland's top recording act, Al Grant, and Ireland's very own Glenn Flynn.

They are doing 11 concerts on this forthcoming Irish tour and the Iveagh is the only Northern Irish date.

The boys decided to come while Al’s wife, Isla Grant, was taking time out from touring to record a new album and organise this tour from February 19 to March 6. Both Al and Glenn are part of Isla’s band and they’re really looking forward to this tour and to coming to the Iveagh.

Al Grant has lots of fans in County Down, having appeared with his special Jim Reeves tribute shows at Newcastle’s Slieve Donard hotel and of course he has packed the Iveagh before. He will be certainly singing some Jim Reeves songs and so will Glenn.
