Green Road hearing set
AN appeal by two landowners of a County Court ruling on an Ardmore right of way will be reviewed by the High Court in the New Year with a hearing set for February 18, 2010.
Derry City Council originally asserted a public right of way at the Green Road and applied for an injunction requiring the landowners, Mr and Mrs Condit, remove obstructions from the thoroughfare which leads to the Bleachgreen.
The case was heard by the County Court in Londonderry on June 2, with the Judge finding for the Council on June 24.
An appeal by the landowners will be reviewed by the High Court on January 13, with a hearing listed for February 18, 2011.
