Green Road probestill ongoing: DoE
An investigation into “alleged unauthorised works” on the River Faughan at Green Road, Ardmore, is ongoing, according to the Department of the Environment (DoE).
Environment Minister Mark H. Durkan said: “The Department first received a report of alleged unauthorised works at Green Road, Ardmore on the River Faughan on February 27, 2013.
“This matter is the subject of an ongoing investigation and as such it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time. I understand that the complainants were informed of this in January 2014.”
