Greenwayto close fortree workson tracks
The Waterside greenway will close between the Foyle Bridge and St Columb’s Park for tree maintenance between 8am and 6pm on Monday, October 12, a spoksperson for Derry City and Strabane District Council has confirmed.
Translink will carry out the works.
Apologising for any inconvenience caused, the spokesperson for Derry City and Strabane District Council explained that the temporary closure was being facilitated at the request of Translink who are carrying out the tree maintenance works along the Londonderry to Coleraine railway line, which runs alongside the greenway.
