Had an out of date MOT certificate
A fine of £75 was imposed on an Aghagallon woman last Friday’s sitting of Craigavon Magistrates Court for not having a vehicle test certificate for her car on May 4 this year.
Twenty-six-year old Carla Wilson with an address at Parknasilla Way in Aghagallon, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that she was stopped by police on the Lurgan Road, Aghagallon, and it was discovered her vehicle test certificate was eleven weeks out of date.
She told police she just hadn’t got round to renewing it.
