Had no insurance
A LURGAN man who admitted driving without insurance at Millennium Way, was fined £150, with six penalty points, at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.
Christopher Thomas Sharpe, (25), of Darling Avenue, committed the offence on October 3 last.
Defending solicitor Mr John Mackin, said Sharpe had been included in his father’s car insurance policy. However, the defendant’s father had removed his name from the policy.
