Had no test certificate

A LURGAN man has been fined £75 for not having a vehicle test certificate.

Stephen Paul Byrne (44), of Francis Street, admitted the offence, at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.

The court was told the detection took place at Lakeview Road on June 22. Defending solicitor Mr Phelim Rafferty, said Byrne now has a current test certificate.
