Martin Patrick Kerr (21), Garland Crescent, admitted disorderly behaviour on February 21 this year. He was sentenced to three months in custody.

The court heard that at 3.55am Kerr was seen at Lurgan police station in Church Place. He was drunk, swearing and threatening to attack police. He had to be restrained with handcuffs. A defence barrister said he was starting an eight month sentence that morning.
