During the mid-term Halloween break 26th – 31st October the programme of events promises chills and thrills and terror-ific family fun.

The Big Event of the Festival is a colourful Carnival, led by a stilt-walking wizard, with a cast of spooky characters, some with unique masks and lanterns created from recycled materials.
