Hanna and Browne go into administration
A well-known home furnishings chain with a branch in Lisburn has been placed into administration after more than 110 years in business.
Hanna and Browne has closed its branches in Lisburn, Newtownards, Limavady and Bangor, placing a question mark over the future of 100 jobs.
The administrator said no-one had been made redundant
A decision will be made within days on whether to re-open the stores in an attempt to salvage the business.

Hide AdHanna and Browne started as cabinet makers in Belfast more than a century ago, before shops opened specialising in giftware and electrical appliances.
It is now part of the family-owned Lisnasure Interiors group of companies.
