Happy 80th birthday!

A MASSIVE happy 80th birthday to twins Margaret Hilditch from Ballymoney and Kathleen Smyth, who now lives in Pukekohe, South Auckland.

The duo celebrated their milestone on Monday with friends and family.

Margaret sends Kathleen the Ballymoney and Moyle Times newspaper every week and they talk most days on the telephone.

In a letter to the Times, Kathleen and her husband Raymond wrote express their appreciation: "I would like to thank my twin sister Margaret. I love her and would like to say thank you as she has posted the Ballymoney Times to my husband and me in New Zealand for a very long time.

"Also I would like to say thank you to the staff at the Ballymoney Times, they always have the paper ready for her to post.

"We really enjoy the paper, it's nice to pick it up and see someone you know."
