Have you lost a dog?
AN appeal has been made for the owner of a lost dog, believed to be a Staffordshire Terrier cross, to come forward.
Larne woman Lee-ann McCormick discovered the dark brown coloured dog wandering alone on the Killyglen Road in the town on Monday at about 5.40pm.
The animal, which had a collar but no tag or microchip, had an injured leg and was taken to the vets for treatment.
Lee-ann has now left the dog in the care of Animal Ark in Carrickfergus, and the owner is urged to make contact as soon as possible by calling 028 9336 4699.
