This year’s awards will continue the theme of building for the future and is aimed at recognising the talent, entrepreneurship and excellence that exists across the full range of business and commerce.

The organisers will also pay homage to the long history of individual and collective industry upon which local towns have taken root and flourished, and the companies which carry on that tradition.

The hard work, dedication and professionalism of our local companies will be recognised at the showcase event, organised by the Mid Ulster Mail and Tyrone Times in association with Mid Ulster District Council, at the Glenavon House Hotel.

The 14 categories cover all aspects of business and industry focusing on export business, environmental impact, people development, tourism and much more.

By entering, businesses will not only have the opportunity to gain recognition and publicity for their achievements, but also the chance to boost staff morale, company image and customer confidence.

The Mid Ulster Business Awards 2016 will take place at a black tie dinner and awards ceremony on Friday, November 25 at the Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown.
