Hazelbank sex case adjourned
A GLENGORMLEY man facing a charge of being intentionally engaged in a sexual activity in a public lavatory was remanded on continuing bail at Belfast Magistrates' Court on Thursday, July 22.
David Mullan, 61, of Mountainvale Road, was arrested by police after an alleged incident at the public toilets in Hazelbank Park in June.
The hearing was adjourned until Thursday, August 5.
