Head start for pupils

The borough’s new grammar school has announced its head pupils.

Coleraine Grammar School has revealed that Conor Skuce will be Head Boy and Emily McConaghie Head Girl for the 2015/16 school term.

Six Deputy Heads have also been appointed with Sarah Barr, Abigail Lynas and Sarah Morrell being joined by Niall Cameron, Wesley McCartney and Jonathan Woods

Dr David Carruthers, principal, said, “This group of Year 14 pupils will help the Senior Management Teawm to lead the school during its first year.

Coleraine Grammar School officially opens its doors last week with pupils present on both the Castlerock Road and Lodge Road campuses.
