Health and beauty fair in town hall

IF you are in need of a little 'R&R' or just fancy treating yourself – or someone else – to something nice then head down to Lurgan Town Hall on Saturday for the Health and Beauty Fair.

Following the success of last year’s Health and Beauty Fair, this year’s promises to be even bigger and better with something for everyone.

Enjoy taster sessions of Indian head massages, aromatherapy, Swedish massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, iridology (the study of the iris of the eye to detect the condition of the body and its organs) and Aura Discovery.

Workshops such as Yoga and Pilates will take place at 10.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

Health checks will also be running throughout the day to ensure you are in tip top condition and refreshments will be available.

You will also be able to purchase creams, nutritional supplements, jewellery, handbags and potpourri.

The Chernobyl Children's Appeal and Marie Curie Cancer Care will benefit from the proceeds of the day.

“We are really looking forward to this year’s health and beauty fair,” said Kate Freeburn, Manager of Lurgan Town Hall.

“Last year was a fantastic success and we hope to see more people coming along this year to give themselves a bit of pampering and TLC. You know you’re worth it!”

The Health and Beauty Fair will take place between 10am and 5pm. Prices will vary depending on the activity and time taken.
