Health service numbers change

The main phone number for the western offices of the Health and Social Care Board, Public Health Agency, and Business Services Organisation based in Gransha Park, Londonderry, will change from Tuesday (March 31).

The new telephone numbers are: 0300 555 0115 - Health and Social Care Board; 0300 555 0114 - Public Health Agency; 0300 555 0113 - Business Services Organisation.

Calls to 0300 numbers are charged at a local rate and cost no more than calls to UK numbers starting 01 and 02. They are also included in ‘inclusive minutes’ that apply to call packages with service providers.

The old switchboard number (028 7186 0086) will cease to be operational from Tuesday, March 31, 2015 and callers to that number will receive a pre-recorded message advising them to call the new numbers.
