Health staff attacks slammed
COLERAINE DUP Alderman James McClure says anyone who attacks ambulances or ambulance staff in the Causeway area must be severely punished by the courts.
He said: “Those who carry out such desperate acts of violence should not expect to be treated leniently by the law.
“It is not part of the job ambulance staff or their hospital colleagues should have to be confronted with when they are trying to help the sick and injured,” added alderman McClure.
