Heartfelt thoughts to those hurt in Castledawson crash

A serious road crash in Castledawson this morning has led to heartfelt thoughts for those affected by the incident.

It is understood a number of people were taken to hospital after the incident in Co Londonderry.

Motorists were diverted as part of the Creagh Road was closed.

The PSNI said there was a serious two vehicle crash on the Hillhead Road, Castledawson.

Part of the Creagh Road is closed and diversions are in place.

People affected by the incident have expressed sorrow at the accident.
