High Court hearing in September
AN application for judicial review submitted by The Cliff sports facility in respect of Larne Borough Council’s decision against amending the lease at Seacourt community centre has been listed for hearing at the High Court in early September, councillors have been informed.
The Cliff’s board warned in March, when giving the council notice of intention to seek a judicial review, that the £2.5 million project was in “real peril of closure” unless the local authority agreed to amend the tenancy agreement to allow sub-letting.
