High Court orderswinding up of NWshop company

Waterside-based shopkeeping company Lynch Retailers Limited has been ordered to be wound-up at the High Court of Justice in Belfast.

The winding-up order follows a petition from Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenues and Customs and was imposed on the company on September 25.

The taxman had originally applied to the High Court in July claiming to be a creditor of Lynch Retailers Limited.

Now, according to a notice newly-published in the Belfast Gazette “the company (registered office at 24-26 Spencer Road, Londonderry, BT47 6AA) was ordered to be wound up by the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland.”

The notice says the commencement of the winding up against the local company dates from the original HMRC petition to the High Court on July 7.
