"Craigavon Borough Council has worked hard to coordinate a year of events that celebrate Lurgan and all credit must be given to the hard work put in to pull together what promises to be a fantastic evening for all the family.

"We would urge everyone to come along and experience Lurgan at its best.”

One of the stars of the celebration, Niamh Kavanagh said: “Lurgan 400 Live is going to be an evening of music and magic and I can’t wait to perform some of my favourite songs from the movies and enjoy a great night on the town.”

Guests are reminded to bring along a picnic rug or deck chairs so that they can enjoy the festivities in comfort and, as we can’t always rely on the weather, people are advised to bring rain proofs and something warm to wear for the evening.
