HMS Drake meeting
THE next meeting of the Ballintoy Archaeological and Historical Society will be held on Thursday 31 May in Ballintoy Parish Hall, starting at 8.15pm.
The guest speaker will be Ian Wilson, who will give a talk on HMS Drake, which was torpedoed and sank off Rathlin Island during the First World War. Mr Wilson has recently published a book on this subject, copies of which will be on sale at the meeting.
